In addition to reviewing the geological data, the resistivity of the electrical conduction sections in one and two dimensions were also analyzed with RES2DINV software after conversion from apparent resistance to real resistance. This study showed that travertine layers with an average thickness of 15 meters are located at depths of 5 to 80 meters and its specific resistivity varies from 120 to 3500 ohm meters due to breakage and crushing. Combining geoelectric data with surface geology by drilling 9 boreholes and drawing maps of both thickness and depth of travertine showed that the tailings (soil and alluvium) buried on travertine had a depth of 2 to 80 meters and travertine is variable. Base rock of travertine is made of red conglomerate and dark shale and sandstone. By interpreting the apparent resistivity data along different profiles and matching them with the geological information of the region, it was shown that the high resistivity is the conglomerate layers, the low resistivity is the alluvium and clay sandstones and the medium resistivity is travertine layers. Examination of the accuracy of resistance data with drilling logs showed that the accuracy in separating the tail depth, thickness and depth of the travertine layer was 27%, 1% and 63%, respectively. Electrical resistance data by predicting the depth of travertine base rock has been a good guide to determine the position and depth of drilling in travertine buried in the area.}, keywords = {Specific resistivity,Geological data,Travertine layer,Drilling operations,Mahallat}, title_fa = {اکتشاف لایه های تراورتن مدفون با تلفیق داده های ژئوالکتریک و زمین شناسی در منطقۀ محلات}, abstract_fa = {بررسیهای ژئوالکتریکی به روش مقاومت ویژه الکتریکی و با تعیین و ارزیابی خصوصیات لایۀ تروارتن زیر سطحی از جمله عمق باطله، ضخامت لایۀ تراورتن و عمق سنگ کف آن از اهداف این مقاله است. علاوه بر بررسی دادههای زمینشناسی، مقاومت ویژه سونداژهای الکتریکی پس از تبدیل از مقاومت ویژه ظاهری به مقاومت ویژه واقعی با نرمافزار RES2DINV نیز تحلیل گردید. این بررسی نشان داد لایههای تراورتن با ضخامت متوسط 15 متر در اعماق 5 تا 80 متری واقع شده و مقاومت ویژه آن به دلیل شکستگی و خردشدگی بسیار متغییر است. تلفیق دادههای ژئوالکتریکی با زمینشناسی سطحی با حفر 9 گمانه و ترسیم نقشههای همضخامت و همعمق تراورتن نشان داد که باطله (خاک و آبرفت) روی تراورتن مدفون دارای عمق 2 تا 80 متر و تراورتن از جنس خالص و ناخالص کنگلومرایی متغییر بوده و سنگ کف تراورتن از جنس کنگلومرای قرمز و شیل و ماسهسنگ تیره است. با تفسیر دادههای مقاومت ویژۀ ظاهری در امتداد نیمرخهای مختلف و تطبیق آنها با اطلاعات زمینشناسی منطقه مشخص شد که مقاومت ویژه بالا را لایههای کنگلومرایی، مقاومت ویژه پایین را آبرفتها و ماسهسنگهای رسی و مقاومت ویژه متوسط را لایههای تراورتن تشکیل داده است. بررسی صحّت دادههای مقاومتسنـجی با لاگهای حفاری نشان داد که دقّت در تفکیک عمق باطله، ضخامت و عمق لایه تراورتن به ترتیب 27، 1 و 63 درصد بوده است. دادههای مقاومت ویژه الکتریکی با پیشبینی عمق سنگ کف تراورتن راهنمای مناسبی جهت تعیین موقعیت و عمق حفاری در تراورتن مدفون منطقه بوده است.}, keywords_fa = {مقاومت ویژه,داده های زمین شناسی,لایۀ تراورتن,عملیات حفاری,محلات}, url = {https://nfag.basu.ac.ir/article_4072.html}, eprint = {https://nfag.basu.ac.ir/article_4072_e4d728c49427fb85c94a210b406d0280.pdf} }
