One of the long-term drought conditions affected groundwater resources. One of the best measures for assessing drought and its effects is the use of the Standardized Precipitation Index (SPI). In this research, using this index, firstly, the long-term drought conditions in the eastern province of Sistan and Balouchestan were investigated and then the effects of drought on groundwater resources were investigated. In order to determine the drought periods, the data from 5 station stations from 1363 to 1393 and the qualitative data of 27 observation wells were used in two periods of 1389 and 1392, which have a good dispersion in the province. Tables of Cl, TDS, EC and Na values were prepared using statistical method to express qualitative changes. The results showed that, due to the decrease in rainfall, the average total of elements and materials in groundwater during the given period increased by 20 to 25 percent in water. Obviously, in addition to the natural factor that is drought, human factors such as population growth, land use change, plant growth, increased use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides have contributed greatly to this change in water quality. The continuation of this process of overburdening of rainfall and overtaking can bring the state of the plain closer to a critical state. Also, the central, western and northern regions will face more drought compared to the western and southern provinces of Sistan and Baluchestan.}, keywords = {Drought,Sistan & Baluchistan,Standard rainfall index,floodplain}, title_fa = {ارزیابی اثرات خشکسالی بر کمیت و کیفیت منابع آب زیرزمینی استان سیستان و بلوچستان}, abstract_fa = {دشت سیستان و بلوچستان در سالهای اخیر با افت چشمگیر سطح آب زیرزمینی مواجه شده است. یکی از بخشهای متاثر شده از شرایط بلند مدت خشکسالی، منابع آبهای زیرزمینی است. یکی از بهترین مقیاسها برای ارزیابی خشکسالی و اثرات آن بکارگیری شاخص بارش استاندارد شده (SPI) است. در این تحقیق با استفاده از این شاخص ابتدا شرایط بلند مدت خشکسالی در منطقه شرق استان سیستان و بلوچستان بررسی شد و سپس تاثیر خشکسالی بر منابع آب زیرزمینی مورد تحقیق قرار گرفت. به منظور تعیین دورههای خشکسالی از دادههای بارش 5 ایستگاه از سال 1363 تا 1393 و دادههای کیفی 27 حلقه چاه مشاهدهای در دو مقطع زمانی 1389 و سال 1392 که دارای پراکندگی مناسبی در استان میباشند، استفاده شده است. جداولهای همارزش Cl, TDS, EC و Na با استفاده از روش آماری جهت بیان تغییرات کیفی تهیه شد. نتایج نشان داد با توجه به کاهش بارندگی، میانگین کل عناصر و مواد در آبهای زیرزمینی طی دوره مورد نظر 20 تا 25 درصد در آب افزایش یافته است. بدیهی است علاوه بر عامل طبیعی که خشکسالی است عوامل انسانی نظیر افزایش جمعیت، تغییر کاربری اراضی، افزایش کارخانهها، افزایش استفاده از کود شیمیایی و سموم دفع آفات در این تغییر کیفیت آب نقش زیادی داشته است. ادامه این روند کاهش بارندگی و برداشت بیش از اندازه میتواند وضعیت این دشت را به حالت بحرانی نزدیک نماید. همچنین مناطق مرکزی، غربی و شمالی در مقایسه با مناطق غربی و جنوبی استان سیستان و بلوچستان با خشکسالی بیشتر مواجه بوده یا خواهند شد.}, keywords_fa = {خشکسالی,سیستان و بلوچستان,شاخص بارش استاندارد,دشت سیلابی}, url = {https://nfag.basu.ac.ir/article_2282.html}, eprint = {https://nfag.basu.ac.ir/article_2282_b56fc24302e898ff7a1438f601361f45.pdf} }
